Scheduling

Whether you are a new or established patient at Louisiana Women’s Aesthetics, appointments are required. All patients must book their appointment by calling (225) 201-2090. Upon scheduling your appointment, you will be asked to provide a credit card number to guarantee your service. Please refer to our cancellation policy prior to reserving your appointment time. Scheduling an appointment is your acceptance of this policy.

Cancellations and Missed Visits

At Louisiana Women’s Aesthetics, time allocated for an appointment is reserved exclusively for you. We understand that emergencies do arise, but politely ask that should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment please CALL (225) 201-2090 or EMAIL [email protected] within 24 hours. We are unable to cancel or reschedule appointments via social media.

A $50 fee will be charged if you do not cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice.
Missed appointments will be charged a $100 no-show fee.
An additional deposit of $50 will be required for rescheduled no-show visits that will be applied towards your service.
Hair removal patients with 2 cancellations in less than 24 hours -OR- 2 missed appointments will result in the forfeiture of remaining treatments.

Your Visit

New Patients: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first appointment to allow ample time to check in and complete intake paperwork.
All Patients: If arrival is delayed, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment but service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guests. Abbreviated treatments are charged at full value. If you arrive 15 or more minutes after your scheduled time and our schedule does not allow for late arrival, we will have to reschedule your appointment.

Refunds

At Louisiana Women’s Aesthetics we think our products are the best and hope you’ll enjoy them just as much. But if you are unhappy with a product purchase, you may return the unused item within 15 days of purchase and we will gladly return or exchange the item. We do not offer refunds on services. Purchased services are valid for two years.

Although we make every effort to keep our menu of services and website updated, please note that prices, services, and products are subject to change at any time without notice. Special offers and discounts may not be combined. When presented with more than one discount opportunity, we will automatically give patients the discount of greater value at the time of purchase.
